At Teppanyaki along with our customers, we share the present concerns over food quality and provenance and as such we only use the best ingredients in our kitchen.  Our Salmon is the multi-award winning Loch Duart and speaks for itself.  Our Beef is the best quality which our butcher sources from the Borders of England and Scotland and is hung for 28 days.  Our Eggs are free range bought locally from Antrobus Farm, Cheshire and our Fresh Chicken comes a short distance from Cumbria.
